2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of the Firebase account (anonymous auth / Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google) and related data created by the app's "Online Leaderboard" feature (v2.0 and later).

Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request — SUGAKU".
Include the following in the body:
- The nickname you set in the app (e.g., Prime Traveler#1234)
- If linked: the email address of your Apple ID / Google account (an Apple "Hide My Email" relay address is fine)
- Your preferred deletion date (optional)
We will send a confirmation of completion within 30 days.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, the following data is deleted from Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication:

Firebase auth UID (anonymous auth ID or linked provider ID)
Nickname (players/{uid})
Leaderboard scores: best score / best reached level / total play count / last updated time (for the per-size, total, run-score, and daily leaderboards)
Apple ID / Google account link information (if linked)
Email address (may be collected only when linking with Google)

4. Data Retained and Retention Period

The following may be retained for a certain period for legal compliance and support quality:

The deletion request email itself: 90 days from completion of deletion
Purchase history (managed by App Store / Google Play): subject to the store's policy (we never retain it directly)

All other app-related data is permanently deleted when your request is processed.

5. Deleting Only Records While Keeping the Account

If you want to reset only your scores or nickname while keeping the account, send a request to the same email address. Use the subject "Data Deletion Request — SUGAKU" and specify the items to delete.

6. Deleting Local Data on Your Device

Local data stored on your device (best records, cumulative stats, achievements, prime collection, owned hints, purchased-item state, etc.) can be deleted by you at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete the leaderboard records on Firebase, so if you also want to remove those records, please submit a request following step 2 above.

7. Unlinking and Signing Out Within the App

From the account-linking menu on the leaderboard screen, you can unlink your Apple / Google account or sign out yourself. Unlinking keeps your scores on this device, but they can no longer be carried over after changing devices or reinstalling. These actions do not delete your cloud leaderboard records; to delete the cloud records themselves, please submit a request following step 2 above.
