2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of the Firebase account (anonymous auth / Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google) and related data created by the app's "Online Leaderboard" feature (v2.0 and later).

  1. Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request — SUGAKU".
  2. Include the following in the body:
    • The nickname you set in the app (e.g., Prime Traveler#1234)
    • If linked: the email address of your Apple ID / Google account (an Apple "Hide My Email" relay address is fine)
    • Your preferred deletion date (optional)
  3. We will send a confirmation of completion within 30 days.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, the following data is deleted from Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication:

The following may be retained for a certain period for legal compliance and support quality:

All other app-related data is permanently deleted when your request is processed.

5. Deleting Only Records While Keeping the Account

If you want to reset only your scores or nickname while keeping the account, send a request to the same email address. Use the subject "Data Deletion Request — SUGAKU" and specify the items to delete.

6. Deleting Local Data on Your Device

Local data stored on your device (best records, cumulative stats, achievements, prime collection, owned hints, purchased-item state, etc.) can be deleted by you at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete the leaderboard records on Firebase, so if you also want to remove those records, please submit a request following step 2 above.
