Introduction

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") respects the privacy of users of SUGAKU ("the app") and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

1. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect the following information:

Device identifier (advertising ID)
IP address
Device information (OS, model, etc.)
Ad impression and click information

You are asked for tracking permission when the app launches. The app works normally even if you decline.

2. In-App Purchases

The iOS version uses Apple StoreKit and the Android version uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Payment information is managed by Apple and Google; we never directly receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

3. Online Leaderboard

The app provides a cross-platform (iOS / Android) online leaderboard powered by Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore). The leaderboard is optional and is enabled only if you consent to participate within the app.

If you consent, the following information is stored on the server:

The nickname you set (1-16 characters)
An anonymous user identifier (auto-generated per device; it does not include your name, email address, etc.)
Your game scores, reached level, and play count

If you do not consent, none of this information is sent to the server. You may optionally link your account by signing in with Apple or Google, in which case your leaderboard scores carry over after changing devices. You can stop participating at any time from the in-app settings. For Google's privacy practices, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

To delete the nickname, scores, and account information stored on the server, please follow the steps on the Account / Data Deletion Request page.

4. Local Data

The app saves your game progress (level, scores, hint count, achievements, collection, etc.) on your device, using UserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android. This data is not transmitted off the device.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties except as required by law.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as needed. We will post any significant changes on this page.
